Japan produces 646 tons of food Loss daily. In that, 289 tons are responsible by regular households like you and me. This is equivalent to a cup of rice ball or 139g worth of food loss per person.

What can we do to reduce them?
1. Check the stock in the fridge daily
2. Check the consumption period
3. Hold your grocery shopping until you have to
4. Never leave any food on your plates
